I ordered up to a 22 and it was a little too big. Thankfully Lover-mall allows for free returns on this item. I will be returning the one that was too big and ordering more colors in my correct size (US 20). This can be dressed up or down and will work in all seasons. It will be perfect at my teaching job. The dress style, color and fit are good. However while the short sleeves are nice, the material is quite thick and heavy for warm/hot weather wear. A lighter weight material for this long dress would have been more comfortable.
