I ordered up to a 22 and it was a little too big. Thankfully Lover-mall allows for free returns on this item. I will be returning the one that was too big and ordering more colors in my correct size (US 20). This can be dressed up or down and will work in all seasons. It will be perfect at my teaching job. It is a bit small in the chest area not not too bad. I knew it was going to be long (im 5'5 ) so I tie knots at the sides and it isn't bad. I would recommend hemming. LOVE THE POCKETS.
