I am 5'3 and 122 pounds at 7 months pregnant. I ordered a medium and it fit beautifully over my bump without being too clingy. I ordered a medium white dress... I'm 5'4 weight 158 and the dress was lovely if u have a gut or like any extra meat on the stomach might wanna wear something to keep it from sticking out. It matches curves fit tight and not so short .

This is a great dress! It is very comfortable and fits as expected. I’m 5’7” and about 140 lbs and this size is perfect. It is definitely a dress for evening - I wouldn’t feel comfortable with wearing such a form-fitting dress to work. It is also a little longer than expected, but is easy to fold along the bottom to make it slightly shorter when you wear it. Overall, would recommend!
